Rental Terms
This document sets out the rental process and conditions for DVRTT items (the “Items”) and the rights and obligations of the parties. Please read these terms carefully before entering into a rental agreement.
1. General provisions
1.1. The Lessor is the owner of the DVRTT brand (the “Lessor”).
1.2. The Lessee is any individual or legal entity entering into a rental agreement with the Lessor (the “Lessee”).
1.3. All Items remain the property of the Lessor and are transferred to the Lessee for temporary use under these Terms and the rental agreement.
1.4. The Lessee shall use the Items only as intended, avoid damage, not transfer them to third parties without the Lessor’s consent, and comply with rental periods.
2. Rental items and cost
2.1. The following Items are available for rent:
Chainmail balaclava:
Rental: 3,000 RUB/day
Refundable deposit: 22,000 RUB
Chainmail balaclava short:
Rental: 3,000 RUB/day
Refundable deposit: 17,000 RUB
2.2. Rental price covers only the use of the Item for the agreed period. Delivery, fitting, cleaning, or other services (if any) are paid separately by agreement of the parties.
3. Rental agreement execution
3.1. The agreement is concluded upon signing by both parties or confirmation in electronic form (email, messengers, etc.).
3.2. The Lessee must provide ID and pay the full deposit before receiving the Item.
3.3. The Lessor may refuse to conclude a rental agreement without explanation.
4. Rental period
4.1. The rental period is agreed individually. Standard term is 1 day unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
4.2. The Lessee may extend the rental by notifying the Lessor in advance and paying for additional time.
5. Deposit
5.1. The Lessee pays the deposit specified in section 2 upon receipt of the Item.
5.2. The deposit is fully refunded if the Item is returned on time and in proper condition, without damage or signs of misuse.
5.3. In case of damage, loss, or late return, the Lessor may retain part or all of the deposit to compensate for the loss or delay.
6. Use and care
6.1. The Lessee must handle the Item with care, avoiding deformation, contamination, or damage beyond normal wear.
6.2. The Lessee shall immediately notify the Lessor of any damage or defects.
6.3. Cleaning and care must follow the Lessor’s instructions. Self-cleaning or repair without consent is not allowed.
7. Liability
7.1. The Lessee is fully liable for the preservation and proper condition of the Item during the rental period.
7.2. If damage or loss is found, the Lessor may assess the loss and withhold a corresponding amount from the deposit. If the loss exceeds the deposit, the Lessee must reimburse the difference.
7.3. The Lessor is not liable for any losses to the Lessee arising from the use of the Item, including possible physical damage or allergic reactions.
8. Return of Items
8.1. The Lessee must return the Item on time in the same condition as received.
8.2. On return, the Item is inspected for damage or defects.
8.3. The deposit is returned after inspection. If damage or loss is found, an appropriate amount is withheld.
9. Force majeure
9.1. The parties are released from liability for full or partial non-performance of obligations if caused by force majeure arising after the agreement and beyond the parties’ control.
9.2. Force majeure includes natural disasters, war, strikes, acts of government, or other events beyond control.
10. Other conditions
10.1. All disputes are settled by negotiation. If not resolved, disputes are subject to court at the Lessor’s registration location.
10.2. The Lessor may amend these Terms unilaterally. The new version takes effect upon publication on the official website.
10.3. For all matters not covered herein, the parties follow the laws of the Russian Federation.
