User Agreement
1. General provisions
1.1. This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs the use of https://dvrtt.com (the “Site”), owned by Viktoria Dorozhkova, TIN 781720053079 (the “Administration”), contact email: Dorozhkova.viktoria@mail.ru.
1.2. By using this Site, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Terms and definitions
2.1. “User” – any individual or legal entity using the Site.
2.2. “Content” – any information, materials, texts, images, audio and video posted on the Site.
2.3. “Services” – all services, features, and capabilities provided on the Site.
3. Subject of the Agreement
3.1. The Administration provides the User with access to the Site and its services under this Agreement.
3.2. All materials on the Site are owned by Viktoria Dorozhkova or used with the permission of rightsholders.
4. Rights and obligations
4.1. The User shall:
Provide accurate information when registering (if applicable).
Not use the Site for illegal activities.
Comply with ethics and applicable law.
4.2. The Administration shall:
Provide access to the Site according to its functionality.
Protect the confidentiality of User data per the Privacy Policy https://dvrtt.com/privacy.
Inform Users about changes to the Agreement.
5. Intellectual property
5.1. All Site materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, and audiovisuals, are subject to copyright and other IP rights.
5.2. Any copying, distribution, or other use requires written permission from the Administration.
6. Limitation of liability
6.1. The Administration is not liable for technical failures, errors, or actions of third parties.
6.2. The Administration does not guarantee 100% error-free or uninterrupted operation of the Site.
7. Changes to the Agreement
7.1. The Administration may amend this Agreement without prior notice.
7.2. The new version takes effect upon publication on the Site.
8. Dispute resolution
8.1. All disputes arising from this Agreement are resolved through negotiations.
8.2. If no agreement is reached, disputes are subject to the court at the Administration’s location, Moscow.
9. Miscellaneous
9.1. This Agreement is a public offer.
9.2. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
9.3. Issues not covered here are governed by applicable law of the Russian Federation.
